Delivery Time
Delivery Times are based upon the shipping option you choose and the amount of time needed to process and ship the order from our location. Generally all orders received are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of being received. (See the Fed Ex Ground Map for a normal shipping timeline)
Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling costs for orders from Fine Art Inkjet Paper depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based as well as size based (oversized items). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. To calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From the Cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be. It shows the total estimated cost of shipping and handling of your entire order at the bottom of the page.
Our Returns Policy
There are no refunds for products unless the product is unopened or shown to be defective. In order to return goods, the customer must email or call and obtain a return authorization before sending the product back. Returns without authorization will be refused. An in store credit will be issued to the customer for the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If a product is found to be defective, the customer should immediately email or call and obtain an authorization to ship the defective item back to Fine Art Inkjet Paper.com. The item will be replaced.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
The customer is responsible for properly insuring any return packages in case of damage by the shipping company. We do not accept returns on open boxes of paper. Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing account only.

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
Include the packing list with your product and indicate on it the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
